We receive many comments from our customers. Some of them on simple post-its or note cards inserted with their invoice payment. Sometimes it is a simple “thank you” on the memo line on their check. We have official typed letters and beautiful hand-written cards. We appreciate so much the folks that take the time to say thank you. We have kept all your notes and letters over the years and they are such a blessing to us.

However, let us be brutally honest here...

All the happy notes are wonderful and we appreciate each and every one. They are the highlight of stressful days. We have to admit that not all our notes are sunshine and roses. We do have a very small pile (we are thankful that it is small!) of not-so-happy notes. You can’t be in a seasonal business for thirty years and not step on a few toes along the way. Sometimes communication isn’t clear,the timing is off or things go awry. Sometimes, well, frankly we just mess up– we are all human after all! We try to give you our best, but understand we can occasionally fall short. Keep in mind we are here for the long haul. We are 100% vested in this business and our community. If we don’t meet your expectations, we will do our very best to correct the issue to your satisfaction. We stand behind our work.
